Our History
NOAH was established in April 1987 by Sister Eileen O'Mahony of the Daughter of Charity of St Vincent de Paul. Although originally set up to support young Irish immigrants living in Luton, the service quickly expanded to care for any person suffering homelessness and exclusion.
