NOAH Enterprise’s Welfare Centre is open every single day of the year

During 2005 we provided

- 19,000 lunches

- 5,000 breakfasts

- more than 35,000 cups of tea.


In addition, clients benefited from

- 1,000 medicals

- 11,000 items of clothing

- 9,000 appointments for advice


People from the local community volunteered a massive 13,000 hours in support of Furniture Link’s work, some helping just a few hours a month, others for weeks at a time. Volunteers helped in our charity shop, with fundraising, in the kitchen, and in many different ways.


Furniture Link has enabled 4,000 items of furniture and electrical goods to be reused in just the last six months (as of August 2006) .


What your help can provide


£20 - food for one person for a week.

£600 - the weekly cost to provide outreach support for 10 people.

£700 - covers the building costs at the Training Centre for a month.

£3,500 - the weekly cost to run the Day Room in the Welfare Centre.

£7,000 - the annual running cost of one of our Furniture Link vans.
