Store Support Centre Manager
Full time: 37.5 hours / week, Monday to Friday
This exciting new role of Store Support Centre Manager is to manage all functions relating to Store Support including stock control and logistics, ensuring the most efficient use of all stock. The post holder will ensure the highest standards of sorting are adhered to, training volunteers and work placement holders to recognise brands and labels of quality textiles, and to grade and sort textiles and bric-a-brac suitable to sell in store.
The Store Support Centre Manager will provide the motivation necessary to ensure that volunteers are happy, committed and fulfilled in the work they undertake with NOAH, and manage the Retail Supervisors to ensure consistent quality of customer service, Health and Safety, and Sales in any of the retail outlets they are assigned to.
Experience and qualifications required include:
• Maths and English GCSE grade A-C (or equivalent)
• Retail Sales
• Team leading, supervision or other relevant leadership experience
• Stock Management
• Customer service
• Training and development
• Knowledge and experience of working with KPI’s
